MRPL50, also known as Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein L50, consists of a 158 amino acid isoform that is 18 kDa, and is involved in the process of synthesizing proteins within the mitochondria. There is currently no research being conducted on the relationship between MRPL50 and any diseases. The protein interacts with ICT1, AARS2, AASS, ABCB7, and ACAD9, but is not linked to any biological processes or pathways.
