Compare Complex Relationships Between 6 Kinase Pathway Targets Using a Simple ELISA Platform Multiwall Format

Novus’ Mix-and-Match Pathway Assay Kits allow for the simultaneous detection of activation states of multiple kinases in a signal pathway on a single multiwell platform. These kits are easier and faster than traditional Western blots (2.5 hour protocol), demonstrate a significantly greater dynamic range and sensitivity, operate with much less sample (5-20 micrograms total protein), and are more cost-effective with up to six data points per assay.

Each kit contains a microtiter ELISA plate with 12 removable 8-well strips and all of the reagents needed to perform the assays. Each strip of 8 wells contains antibodies for a specific kinase, and the strips are color coded so you can easily identify which kinase assay it is used for. At least two 8-well strips for any phosphokinase assay must be ordered on a plate, which enables up to six different assays to be included on any specific plate. With the Mix-and-Match Pathway Assay Kit, researchers have the flexibility to design an assay of only the specific kinases of interest.

The kits are provided in a strip plate format that allows for mix-and-matching of up to 6 different kinase targets on a single plate. Therefore, researchers may choose to build any combination of 6 assays from the list. Each selection consists of 1 pair of 8-well Antibody-Coated Microwell strips (16 tests), together with its complementary detection antibody.
