![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ErbB2/Her2 Antibody (4D5-8 (trastuzumab)) - Chimeric [NBP2-52639] - Immunohistochemical Anti-erbB-2 (Her-2/neu) staining of paraffin embedded human breast tissue using the rabbit-chimeric version of 4D5-8 (trastuzumab) (NBP2-52639). Primary antibody incubation with NBP2-52639 was carried out at 4 ug/ml for 30 minutes. Samples were then incubated with an anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody for 20 mins followed by DAB (3,3'-diaminobenzidine), and counter-staining with haemotoxylin.
