![Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: p53 [p Ser15] Antibody (PSH01-98) [NBP3-32782] - Immunocytochemistry analysis of HT-29 treated with or without 0.5μM Doxorubicin for 24 hours cells labeling p53 with Rabbit anti-p53 antibody (NBP3-32782) at 1/10,000 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with 1% BSA in 10% negative goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature. ![Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Nrf1 Antibody (C.15200013) [NBP2-59255] - ChIP was performed using K562 cells, the antibody against NRF1 and optimized PCR primer sets for qPCR. ChIP was performed with a ChIP-seq kit, using sheared chromatin from 4 million cells. A titration of the antibody consisting of 1, 2, 5 and 10 ug per ChIP experiment was analysed. IgG (2 ug/IP) was used as negative IP control. Quantitative PCR was performed with primers for the BRCA1 and AURKA promoters, used as positive controls, and for the coding region of the inactive MYOD1 gene and the Sat2 satellite repeat, used as negative controls.
