![Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: OCT4 Antibody [NBP2-59164] - ChIP assays were performed using E14Tg2a mouse embryonic stem cells, the antibody against OCT4 and optimized PCR primer sets for qPCR. ChIP was performed using sheared chromatin from 4 million cells. A titration of the antibody consisting of 1, 2. 5 and 10 ug per ChIP experiment was analysed. IgG (2 ug/IP) was used as negative IP control. Quantitative PCR was performed with primers for known OCT4 targets UTF1, YES1 and ZSCAN10, used as positive control targets, and for the promoter of the GAPDH gene, used as a negative control. ![Immunohistochemistry: CD11b Antibody (PSH03-96) [NBP3-32121] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer tissue with Rabbit anti-CD11b antibody (NBP3-32121) at 1/5,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32121) at 1/5,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
