Background
Polio (acute poliomyelitis, infantile paralysis) is caused by the poliovirus, which may infect the nervous system and cause lasting paralysis. Poliovirus is a a single-stranded RNA virus and a member of the Picornavirus family. There are three serotypes of the virus: Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3.

I have poliovirus 1 antibody from you, and I notice that it says 15 mM Sodium Azide is the preservative. Does it mean that the antibody solution includes 15 mM Sodium Azide in the buffer?
There are 3 different poliovirus 1 antibody and 2 (NBP1-05101 & NBP2-23570) out of the 3 have 15mM Sodium Azide in the buffer as a preservative. It does mean that the antibody solution includes 15mM Sodium Azide in the buffer.
Could you let me know the molecular weight of the protein target?
We do not know the exact molecular weight but it will be very close to 46 kDa with 2 Kappa light chains. You can run it on a native gel with markers ~46 kDa or a denaturing gel and it should be ~23kDa.
