FAQs for Poliovirus 1 Antibody (NBP1-05101). (Showing 1 - 2 of 2 FAQs).

  1. I have poliovirus 1 antibody from you, and I notice that it says 15 mM Sodium Azide is the preservative. Does it mean that the antibody solution includes 15 mM Sodium Azide in the buffer?
    • There are 3 different poliovirus 1 antibody and 2 (NBP1-05101 & NBP2-23570) out of the 3 have 15mM Sodium Azide in the buffer as a preservative. It does mean that the antibody solution includes 15mM Sodium Azide in the buffer.
  2. Could you let me know the molecular weight of the protein target?
    • We do not know the exact molecular weight but it will be very close to 46 kDa with 2 Kappa light chains. You can run it on a native gel with markers ~46 kDa or a denaturing gel and it should be ~23kDa.
