Application Notes | This Pma1 Antibody (40B7) is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis. For Western blots of yeast protein samples (cell lysates), use at a dilution of 1:10,000, followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For non-ECL western detection methods, use at a dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000. The predicted molecular weight by western blot is 100 kDa. |
|
Theoretical MW | 100 kDa. Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
