FAQs for Pancreas Lysate (NB820-59244). (Showing 1 - 2 of 2 FAQ).
Would you provide these information listed below? 1. The procedure of this lysate preparation. 2. The recipes of the buffer. ( component and concentration) In the data sheet, it only list the component: HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCL, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
The lysate was prepared using Biochain's total protein extraction kit (cat # K3011010). The buffer composition is listed on the datasheet however I am unable to disclose the amount of each component as that information is proprietary.
I am interested in Whole Normal Pancreas Tissue Lysate (Adult Normal) (NB820-59244). Would you please let me know how much protein you recommend to load on the gel?
This lysate should be prepared and ready to load in Western Blot. We recommend loading 20-40 ug of protein into your well to use as a positive control.
The concentration calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume, mass or concentration of your vial. Simply enter your mass, volume, or concentration values for your reagent and the calculator will determine the rest.
