Initiator Caspases Antibody Pack

Western blot shows 20 ug of HL60 whole cell lysate. Caspase-2 was detected using Mouse Anti-Human Caspase-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-56686) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Caspase-9 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of mouse skin using Caspase-9 polyclonal antibody (NB100-56118). Mice with two different spontaneous mutant alleles of Sharpin show variations in onset of CPDM phenotype. However, the onset is much more rapid in Sharpincpdm-Dem mice as evidenced by antibody detection of cleaved CASPASE 9 (T) when compared to Sharpincpdm mutants (R) or WT mice (Q,S). . Caspase 10 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen using Rabbit Anti-Human Caspase 10 polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-56125) at 1:1000 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC003). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the cytoplasm and plasma membrane in splenocytes
