1. I have a customer wanting to know the concentration for NBP1-43319UV (igg1 control [DyLight 350]) with lot# E042481633-UV.
   • Prior to conjugation, this antibody is at a concentration of 0.5mg/ml. We assume no more than a 20% loss during the conjugation reaction, and as such the concentration of the conjugated product can be assumed to be at approximately 0.5mg/ml.
