| Clone | IG217 + IG266 |
| Clonality | Monoclonal |
| Host | Mouse |
| Conjugate | Janelia Fluor 669 |
| Description | This conjugate is made on demand and is not held in inventory. Each order represents a unique lot. All conjugates are generated using validated conjugation protocols and meet strict degree of labeling (F/P) specifications; additional information is available upon request. The antibody concentration is provided on the individual product label. For specialized conjugation needs, like large quantities, specific concentrations, and defined F/P ratios, bulk and custom antibody conjugation services are available. |
| Immunogen | Purified human IgG |
| Localization | Cytoplasm, Cell Surface and Secreted |
| Specificity | This monoclonal antibody is specific to heavy chain of IgG and shows minimal cross-reaction with heavy chains of other immunoglobulins. It is reactive with all subclasses of Gamma heavy chain(IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3). The most common feature of plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkins lymphomas is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant. Ab-3 is superb for staining of formalin-fixed tissues. |
