This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Donkey Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Store at 4C short term. Aliquot and store at -20C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

It gave no unspecific signal when used to probe liver and brain samples in absence of primary antibodies. However, on the same samples previously probed with polyclonal primary antibody, the signal was very weak when compared to other anti-rabbit antibodies (NBP1-75290 and NBP1-75318) used at the same dilutions.
