Specificity
By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with rabbit IgG and with light chains common to other rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against nonimmunoglobulin serum proteins. Less than 0.1% cross reactivity to bovine, chicken, goat, horse, human, mouse, pig and rat IgG was detected. This antibody may cross react with IgG from other species.

CommentsThis antibody claimed it has Less than 0.1% cross reactivity to mouse and human IgG, which is the reason I purchase this antibody. In my experience, it did not bind to any mouse IgG. It binds perfectly with rabbit IgG.
