Notes
Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The Tm for this primer set is between 57.2-63.3 degrees C.
Background
Primers are designed to amplify DNA in exon 1 of the human GAPDH gene locus. GAPDH is an actively transcribed housekeeping gene with significant expression in all cell types. GAPDH is associated with modified histones targeted to active genes.
