Application Notes | This antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Fructosyl amino acid oxidase [E.coli] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Sheep IgG [H+L] (Goat) and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
Theoretical MW | 39.04 kDa. Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
