Acetyl Histone H3 Antibody Pack

Histone H3 was detected in formalin fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer using Anti-Human Histone H3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-36468) at 1:200 overnight at 4C. The staining was developed using an HRP labeled secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin.

Analysis of Histone H3 K9 acetyl with in picomoles of peptide with NB21-1074.

Chromatin from one million formaldehyde cross-linked Hela cells was used with 2ug of NB21-1024 and 20ul of magnetic IgG beads per immunoprecipitation. A no antibody (No Ab) control was also used. Immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified using quantitative real-time PCR and SYBR green dye, then normalized to the non-precipitated input chromatin, which is equal to one.
