![Western Blot: PNK Antibody [NBP1-87257] - Lysine 138, arginine 139 & arginine 141 are important for efficient DNA repair.(A) PNKP depletion by 3’-UTR siRNA PNKP was confirmed by western blot analysis. KAP1 antibody was used for loading control. (B) DNA DSB repair efficiency was analyzed by immunofluorescence using gamma -H2AX antibody after IR exposure in GFP-PNKP & 3’-UTR siRNA PNKP-transfected U2OS cells. ![Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: PNK Antibody (JE64-21) [NBP3-32835] - Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hela cells labeling PNK with Rabbit anti-PNK antibody (NBP3-32835) at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 20 minutes, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature.
