Recombinant Mouse IL‑28B/IFN‑ lambda 3 (Catalog # 1789‑ML) reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Mouse IL‑28B/IFN‑ lambda 3 (400 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse IL‑28B/IFN‑ lambda 3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17892).
