Description
Rab-like protein 2B (RABL2B) is a member of the small GTPase subfamily, Rab. RABL2B is located within a subtelomeric region of 22q13.3. RABL2B is thought to play a role in endocytosis or biosynthetic protein transport. RABL2B has two isoforms, as result of alternative splicing, and is highly expressed in adult brain, pancreas, kidney and heart.
