PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat AIF Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1457) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008).
