Nestin Antibody Products in Neuronal Cancer Research

Nestin is a large class Vl intermediate filament protein predominantly expressed in the neuroepithelial stem cells of the embryonic central nervous system, although recent nestin antibody studies have shown it expressed in other cell types, including vascular endothelial cells. The first monoclonal nestin antibody was developed by Hockfield and McKay in 1985.

EEA1 Antibodies in Endosomal Transport and Signalling Studies

EEA1, or Early Endosome Antigen 1, is a phospholipid-binding protein essential for endosomal membrane trafficking and fusion, and is a useful endosomal marker. We at Novus Biologicals have an extensive EEA1 antibody catalog, with antibodies that have been cited in many publications.

New DLL4 Vaccine May Prevent Breast Tumors

We at Novus Biologicals have a large antibody database devoted to signalling pathways. These underpin every area of molecular biological research, including cancer. Among our cell signalling antibodies is one targeted to DLL4 (Delta-like protein 4). DLL4 is a homologue of the Drosophila delta gene, known to encode DSL-domain ligands on the Notch signaling pathway.
