Positive control tested: A431 cell lysate
Transfer proteins to the nitrocellulose membrane after SDS-PAGE.
Block with 5% (W/V) non-fat milk in PBST.
Incubate membrane in 2.5% (W/V) non-fat milk for NB100-81888 at a dilution of 1:1000 overnight at 4 degree C.
Dilute HPR labeled goat anti rabbit 2nd Ab in 5% (W/V) non-fat milk 2hours in RT.
Detect by ECL for analysis
