SDS-PAGE (NBP1-30292):
1. Prepare a 150ul reaction mixture into a suitable container.
- Reaction mixture: 72mM Imidazole ( pH 7.5), 7.6mM ADP, 15mM MgCl2, 72mM KCl, 0.2mM Beta-NADH.
2. Incubate for 10 min at 37C.
3. Add 50ul of 20 units/ml LDH, 50ul of 5mM PEP, and incubate for 10 min at 37C.
4. Add 50ul of recombinant PKM2 protein (in 0.1% BSA / PBS) with various concentrations (0.03ug -1ug).
5. Read the decrease in A340nm in kinetic mode for 10 minutes.
