• Preparation Method: Centrifuge prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in 200 ul reduced 1x SDS loading buffer and divide to 20 aliquots and store at < -20C. Melt at room temperature and heat at boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes before use.
