Background

TSTD3 contains 1 rhodanese domain that is characterized by an active site cysteine residue that is able to bind sulfane sulfur and catalyse sulfur transfer. Recombinant human TSTD3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
