Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM214 antibody NBP2-76372 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. TMEM214 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMEM214 antibody NBP2-76373. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMEM214, NBP2-76372 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
