• Specificity: Testosterone, Ka = 2.5 x 10^9 M^-1. Cross reactivity determined by 50% displacement of Testosterone-3-125-Iodine: Testosterone 100%, 5-alpha-dehydrotestosterone 16%, Androstendiol 1.0%, Androstendione 0.4%, Androsterone <0.1%, Dehydroepiandrosterone <0.1%, Progesterone <0.1%, Estradiol (Estriol) <0.01%, and Cortisol (Pregnenolone) <0.01%.
