It consists of 239 amino acids with a molecular weight of 28 kDa and is one of six antigenically distinct enterotoxin proteins that have been identified (A, B, C, D, E and G). NB100-62931 does not react with Staphylococcus epidermis, Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes 1-19 or other Staphylococcal toxins. |
