Human Skin Tissue MicroArray (Melanoma) Summary

• Description: Tissue arrays are 6 um in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides. Each tissue sample is about 1.5 mm in diameter. Specification sheet reference chart shows all tissue names, donor information, and their respective position on the array.

  • Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
  • In-situ Hybridization
• Application Notes: Each individual tissue spot should be >90% core retention and total core lost from 1 slide should be no more than 5%. Please bake slides at 60C for 30 minutes before use.

1. For adult normal frozen skin tissue slides can I choose the donor age/sex? 
   • Unfortunately, that is not an option for our commercially available tissue slides.
