FAQs for Seminal Vesicle Lysate (NB820-59252). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQ).
-
I recently ordered whole normal skeletal muscle lysate and whole normal liver lysate (NB820-59253 and 59232). What are the exact concentrations for the buffer components that each of the lysates is in? I need to dilute the lysate because the concentration given is too high (5mg/mL), but I want to dilute it in whatever buffer it is in. Can you recommend what I should do?
- Unfortunately the concentrations of the components (stated on the datasheet) are proprietary. I apologize. If the concentration is too high, our lab recommends simply diluting it in your loading buffer. A 4x or higher loading buffer should suffice.
