• Application Notes: NovaLume Super Tracker XL Chemiluminescent Substrate (HRP) detects HRP on a nitrocellulose or PVDF membrane. It may be used for any blotting application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. Detection and analysis may be done by CCD imaging systems or x-ray film.
