• Application Notes: NovaLume Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate may be used for any blotting application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugates. The substrate can be used with various blocking buffers and on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Visualization is by CCD imaging systems or x-ray film.

• Storage: Store at 4C in the dark.

NovaLume Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate (HRP) shelf life is 24 months when stored in the dark at 2C to 8C. These reagents are stable for several days after mixing when stored at 4C. Keep container tightly closed. Store away from heat or light. The substrate is supplied as two components.
