Recognizes neuropeptide E (Glu) I(Ile)-NH2 (NE1-NH2) which is located in the melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH precursor and is co-synthesized with MCH Cells and fibers can be seen in the alpha 2 system of rat hypothalamus perfused with 4% formaldehyde.
