Coll2-23 colorectal cancer cells and live PC/AA polyposis coli cells.
Specificity
Mucin (Colonic and pancreatic).

This antibody can be used for serological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Binds to a sialic-acid-containing determinant of mucin, probably sialyl-I, which epitope shows wide distribution throughout the gastro-intestinal tract.
