Lipoprotein H2 Antibody (MA1-6) Summary

• Immunogen: Purified outer membranes of P. aeruginosa PAO1 strain H1O3.
• Specificity: The antibody reacted with lipoprotein H2 on 50 of the 52 strains of P. aeruginosa that were tested. The antibody also binds to the P. fluorescens group of the Family Pseudomonadaceae and with Azotobacter vinelandii, but not with other gram negative bacteria.
• Isotype: IgG1
