• Description: This antibody is purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
• Immunogen: Mouse IgM whole molecule
• Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent primarily recognizes Mouse IgM; however, some light chain cross reactivity will occur against other mouse immunoglobulins.
• Isotype: IgG
