Mouse IgG2a Kappa Light Chain Isotype Control Summary

• Description: This Mouse IgG2a Kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for Mouse IgG2a Kappa antibody. The Mouse IgG2a myeloma cells were grown in mice and ascitic fluids collected.
• Specificity: By immunoelectrophoresis the IgG2a was shown to 1) react with antiserum specific for mouse IgG2a, 2) not react with antiserum specific for other immunoglobulins, and 3) produce a single precipitin arc with antiserum against mouse serum identical to that produced with anti-IgG2a.
• Isotype: IgG2a Kappa
