| Immunogen | This Goat anti-Human IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody [FITC] (Pre-adsorbed) was developed against human IgG. |
| Specificity | By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this Goat anti-Human IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody [FITC] (Pre-adsorbed) reacts specifically with human IgG and with light chains common to other human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Antiserum was cross adsorbed using rhesus and cynomolgus monkey immunosorbents to remove cross reactive Antibodies. Less than 0.1% cross reactivity to monkey IgG was detected. |
