• Description: This Porcine IgG Fc immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control for Porcine IgG Fc antibody.
• Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Porcine IgG, anti-Porcine IgG F(c) and anti-Porcine Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Porcine IgG F(ab)2 or anti-Papain.
• Isotype: IgG

• Purity: Ion exchange chromatography

• Application Notes: This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. NOTE: Do NOT add Sodium Azide (it inhibits HRP irreversibly).

• Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) - Immunoglobulin and Protease free
• Preservative: 0.01% Gentamicin Sulfate
