Western Blot: HEATR3 Antibody [NBP2-76387] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HEK293T, HeLa, A-549, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HEATR3 antibody NBP2-76387 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: HEATR3 Antibody [NBP2-76387] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HEATR3 antibody NBP2-76387 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. HEATR3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HEATR3 antibody NBP2-76388. For blotting immunoprecipitated HEATR3, NBP2-76387 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.

Background
