Background

Multi-kinase arrays are an alternative analysis platform to traditional Western blots. 1. How can we ensure only Active (Dephosphorylated) Beta Catenin being detected, and not all (phorylated and non-phorylated) Beta Catenin being detected? I doubt if the antibody coated can recognize only Active (Dephosphorylated) Beta Catenin.
