Western Blot: dpy-21 Antibody [38560002] - This image is specific to animal number SDQ2381 Dilution: 1:10000. Secondary antibody was donkey-anti-rabbit-HRP from GE Healthcare in 1:10000 dilution. As a control, a western with 1:10000 dilution of anti-tubulin was carried out on the stripped membrane. Protein extracts from N2 and dyp-21 mutant worms fed OP50 bacteria were collected. The antibody targets one protein with a size of 181.9 kDa. A second western carried out in 1:10000 dilution of SDQ2381. The protein extracts were obtained after immunoprecipitation. The first lane contains the immunoprecipitated product. The second lane contains the input from EE6 extract.
