  1. Corticosterone Microplate: A polystyrene microplate coated with a polyclonal antibodyagainst corticosterone.
  2. Sealing Tapes: Pressure-sensitive sealing tapes, that can be cut to fit the format of theindividual assay
  3. Corticosterone Standard: Corticosterone in a buffered protein base (100 ng/mL).
  4. Biotinylated Corticosterone Protein (4x): Lyophilized.
  5. EIA Diluent Concentrate (10x): A 10-fold concentrated buffered protein base.
  6. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x): A 20-fold concentrated buffered surfactant.
  7. SP Conjugate (100x): A 100-fold concentrate.
  8. Chromogen Substrate (1x): A ready-to-use stabilized peroxidase chromogen substratetetramethylbenzidine
  9. Stop Solution (1x): A 0.5 N hydrochloric acid to stop the chromogen substrate reaction.
