Background
Our ADP agarose resin contains ADP linked via the -linked phosphate. The resin has a long (14-atom) hydrophilic spacer to facilitate molecular interactions with the resin. Furthermore, as with our best-selling ATP agarose resin (KinaseBind), our ADP agarose resin is resistant to the removal of phosphate groups by phosphatases in crude extracts.
