• Description: Quality control test: Standard curve Alkaline Phosphatase Assay Kit is used for detecting ALP activity.
  Contains 10 substrate tablets providing convenience for multiple usages. The kit uses p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) as a phosphatase substrate which turns yellow (max= 405 nm) when dephosphorylated by ALP. The kit can detect 10-250 uU ALP in samples.
• Specificity: This kit can detect all forms of alkaline phosphatase (intestinal, placental, germ cell, liver/bone/kidney).

Background
