• Description: The AbPure Mouse Antibody Purification System is an affinity-based purification kit that enables the easy purification of mouse antibodies from crude samples such as serum, ascites fluid and tissue culture supernatant.
  This kit can also be used as an alternative to our AbPure Antibody concentration and clean-up kit (262-0010) to purify mouse antibodies from buffers containing substances that can interfere with conjugation reactions (e.g. glycine, tris and azide), or our AbPure BSA removal kit (263-0000) to remove BSA.

Applications/Dilutions

• Application Notes: Each cycle leads to a reduction in the concentration of low molecular weight substances. However, the concentration of proteins such as BSA will be unchanged. To remove unwanted proteins see our other AbPure kits.
