PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 ug/ml of Rabbit Anti-Human 4EBP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB200-157) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF008).
