FXR2 Antibody (1G2):
Western Blot Procedure
1. Resolve proteins on a 7.5% SDS-PAGE.
2. Transfer protein to membrane.
3. Block the membrane for 40 minutes at RT with 3% NFDM in TBST.
4. Incubate membrane in diluted anti-FXR2, NB 300-259 (diluted in blocking solution), for 2 hours at RT.
5. Wash membrane.
6. Incubate membrane in diluted anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (diluted in blocking solution), for 1 hour at RT.
7. Wash membrane.
8. Develope membrane.
