Control Lysates for Autophagy Analysis

Novus Biologicals is now offering Chloroquine treated and untreated lysates of Hela
(NBP2-49689) and Neuro2a (NBP2-49688) cells. These lysates are great for use as WB controls in Autophagy and LC3 analysis.

Both of these lysates are provided as ready to use formulation (in 1x Laemmli buffer containing BME). Their WB validation data with the most referenced LC3B Antibody (NB100-2220) is shown below:
